Privacy Policy

Last updated 3 September 2026

This site is operated by SMCI Media LLC, a Florida limited liability company. This policy explains what happens to information when you visit this website.

This site is not open for business yet. It shows a holding page only. There are no accounts, no forms, no shopping cart and no listings. The sections below describe the very small amount of information that is handled anyway, and we will publish a fuller policy before the site opens.

What we do not do

We want to be specific rather than vague, because most of this policy is a list of things that do not happen here:

Server logs

This website is delivered by Cloudflare, which processes each request in order to serve the page and to protect the site from attack and abuse. That processing involves technical data such as your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested and your browser's user agent string. This is ordinary infrastructure logging, it is not used to build a profile of you, and we do not combine it with anything else.

If you email us

The holding page offers an email address, [email protected]. If you write to us, we receive and keep your message, your email address and anything else you choose to put in it. We use it only to answer you and, where you have asked to be told when the site opens, to tell you that once.

Email reaches us through Google Workspace. You can ask us to delete your message at any time and we will do it.

How long we keep things

Email enquiries are kept while they are useful and then deleted. Requests to be told when the site opens are deleted once the site has opened and the notice has been sent, or sooner if you ask. Infrastructure logs are held on short retention by our hosting provider.

Children

This site is meant for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address above and tell us what you want done. We do not charge for this.

Security and breach notification

We protect the little information we hold with the security controls available to us, and access is limited to the people who need it. If a security incident affects personal information, we follow the notification requirements of Florida Statutes section 501.171, including notifying affected individuals within the time the statute allows.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version is published on this page with a new date at the top. Because this site is not yet operating, expect this page to be replaced with a fuller policy before it opens.
